The following terms and restrictions govern the sales by LampsPlanet.com on all orders. By accepting delivery of the items described on the screen invoice, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. Terms of payment are within LampsPlanet.com’s sole discretion. Payment must be received prior to LampsPlanet.com's acceptance of an order. Payment for the products will be made by credit card.
Unless customer provides LampsPlanet.com with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to LampsPlanet.com's acceptance of the order, the Customer is responsible for sales taxes and all other taxes associated with the order. LampsPlanet.com collect taxes of six percent (6%) in the State of New Jersey.
Separate charges for shipping will be shown on the order.
Orders are not binding on LampsPlanet.com until accepted by LampsPlanet.com. LampsPlanet.com can invoice any part of an order separately.
Except when expressly authorized, LampsPlanet.com will only accept returns within 15 days of purchase. Items to return must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. If the return is approved, LampsPlanet.com will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. The products must be returned freight prepaid. The RA number must be reported on the shipping label, not on the box itself. Special authorizations and returns for purchases older than 21 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. No credit is issued on shipping charges.
The sales are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Venue and jurisdiction for all disputes will lie in Hudson County, New Jersey.
LampsPlanet.com, Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. LampsPlanet.com's responsibility for warranty claim is limited to repair and/or replacement as set forth in the product manufacturer's warranty statement in effect on the date of the invoice. All warranties and technical support applicable are provided by the original manufacturer, not by LampsPlanet.com. The warranties and technical support may vary from product to product.
LampsPlanet.com, Inc. does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for product not being available for use or for lost or corrupted data. LampsPlanet.com will not be liable for lost of business, lost profits, or other consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by and third party except as expressly provided herein.
