The following terms and restrictions govern the sales by LampsPlanet LLC on all orders. By accepting delivery of the items described on the screen invoice, the Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions.
The terms of payment are within LampsPlanet LLC’s sole discretion. Payment must be received prior to LampsPlanet's acceptance of an order.
Unless customer provides LampsPlanet LLC with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to LampsPlanet's acceptance of the order, the Customer is responsible for sales taxes and all other taxes associated with the order.
Orders are not binding on LampsPlanet LLC until accepted by LampsPlanet. LampsPlanet can invoice any part of an order separately.
Except when expressly authorized, LampsPlanet LLC will only accept returns within 15 days of purchase. Items to return must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return requests should be emailed to info@lampsplanet.com. When the return request is approved, LampsPlanet.com will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. The products must be returned freight prepaid. The RA number must be reported on the shipping label, not on the box itself. Non-defective returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Special authorizations and returns for purchases older than 15 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. No credit is issued on shipping charges.
The sales are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Venue and jurisdiction for all disputes will lie in Hudson County, New Jersey.
LampsPlanet LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
